The first Part:

1. Debug products for consumers; diversified services

5. Implement “three guarantees” for the products, that is, repair, replacement, and return;
6. Handle consumer complaints and telephone complaints, and answer consumer enquiries. Collect consumer opinions on product quality in various ways at the same time, and timely improvement according to the situation.

The second part:

Return within 7 days: Within 7 days from the date of sale, if the product has quality problems when use the product normally, the user can choose to return, exchange or repair. When the user requests a return, the GXYKIT product sales shall be responsible for returning the goods to the user and refunding the payment at the current sales price.

Free repair within 30 days: "One month replacement" within one month from the date of sale, if there is a problem with the quality of the product when use the product normally, the user can choose to exchange or repair. When the user requests replacement, the seller shall be responsible for changing the products of the same model and specification for the user; when the model stop produced, the function of exchanged model that are not lower than the original model.

365 days machine warranty: "365 days free warranty" within one year from the date of sale, if there is product quality problem when use the product normally, it is within the normal warranty. A one-year warranty is provided. If it is impossible to repair due to the discontinuation of the component or other reasons, the user will be replaced with the same brand of products that are not lower than the function of the original product. 4 members enjoy the service: from the date of registration of GXY members, real-time customer service online phone questions, you can enjoy special service, such as product technical consultants questions, membership card warranty repair, after-sales service online appointment, maintenance progress real-time query, etc. 4 worry-free Guarantee. Note:

(1) If the purchase invoice cannot be provided in time or the invoice is unclear, altered, the physical indication of the goods and the invoice content do not match, our company will not implement the three guarantees for this product.
(2) Non-GXY members, enjoy the national standard warranty service, do not include the member exclusive service.
(3) Our company reserves the right to modify and final interpretation due to the need of the obligation.
