GXY "Three Guarantees" after-sales service system (365 days warranty

The after-sales service of GXYKIT series products is: return within seven days from the date of sale, one-month replacement, one-year repair service three service commitment.

The first part: Return within 7 days.

Within seven days from the date of sale, if the product has quality problems when use the product normally, the user can choose to return, exchange or repair. When the user requests a return, GXYKIT sales shall be responsible for returning the goods to the user and refunding the payment at the current sales price.

The Second part: Replacement within one month

Within one month from the date of sale, if there is any problem with the quality of the product when use the product normally, the user can choose to exchange or repair. When the user requests replacement, the seller shall be responsible for changing the products of the same model and specification for the user; when the model stop produced, the function of exchanged model that are not lower than the original model.

The Third Part: 365 days free warranty

Within one year from the date of sale, if there is a product quality problem when use the product normally, it is within the normal warranty. One-year warranty is provided. If it is impossible to repair due to the discontinuation of the component or other reasons, the user will be replaced with the same brand of products that are not lower than the function of the original product.

The Forth Part: If there are following conditions for products, will be out of our warranty.

1. Exceeding the validity period of the warranty.
2. The warranty card lost or the warranty card was filled in incomplete, altered products when purchased.
3. Failure to use, maintain or keep in accordance with the requirements of the product use instructions.
4. Personnel not authorized by GXY Company. Products that are disassembled, repaired, or attempted to be repaired.
5. No valid warranty certificate or arbitrarily altering the warranty certificate.
6. The prodded and serial number on the six or warranty vouchers do not match the actual product.
7. No factory name, factory address, production date, product certification.
8. Products that are damaged due to accidents, misuse or any means, irresistible natural factors.
9. Products damaged by improper transportation, use and storage by users. (such as moisture corrosion, mechanical damage, etc.)

The Fifth Part: Repair instructions

The return period is within 14 working days of the company's good repair parts of receipt in the warranty,. Except for the product transportation time (this time does not include Saturday and Sunday and public holidays), if more than this period, the product will be replaced or returned for the user.

Remarks: Our company reserves the right to modify and final interpretation due to the need of the obligation.
